Diese spezielle Niedervoltleuchte ist nach dem IP68-Standard komplett wasserdicht und damit ideal für Regenwaldterrarien, in denen der Einsatz von normalen, nicht feuchtigkeitsgeschützten Porzellanfassungen risikoreich bzw. nicht zulässig ist.Es handelt sich um eine Niedervoltleuchte mit 12V für maximale Sicherheit. Für den Betrieb ist ein Halogentrafo erforderlich. Die Montage im Terrarium erfolgt über eine mitgelieferte Winkelhalterung. Die Leuchte kann damit nach Wunsch ausgerichtet werden.

Im Set von einer Leuchte und einem Trafo (20-105W) enthalten. Weitere Jungle Lamp Leuchten können einzeln nachgekauft und an den Trafo angeschlossen werden, ebenso ist ein Mischbetrieb der Thermo Socket LV möglich.
